About Us

Benjamin Waters

b. 2002, UK. Based in Ceredigion, Wales.

Benjamin Waters is a photographic artist whose work considers ideas of memory, intuition and belief. Exploring the line between the exterior world and our interior selves, their work considers how we engage with and ascribe meaning to the spaces we inhabit.

Intuition and synchronicity always inspires me. I am interested in the line between the intentional and the incidental especially when it comes to photography and the process of making new work.

Recent projects

Exhibitions include Soft Cover, Stiwdio Griffith, Swansea, 2025 and Bellows, Oxo Bargehouse, London, 2024. Benjamin graduated from Arts University Bournemouth in 2024. That same year he was shortlisted for the Booooooom Photobook award and selected by Photoworks and Council for British Archaeology to develop new work for their 'My Heritage' Project.
