About Us

Ali Cook

b. 2001, England. Based in Newcastle.

Ali Cook is a painter whose work serves as an unfiltered exorcism of the current moment. Believing in art – much like in life – we suffer from the same lack of connection that affects us existentially. Through brutally truthful surrealist pieces he hopes to show people something that resonates emotionally, visually expressing how we all feel collectively.

Recent projects

Exhibitions include Being with Kate Sweeney, Vane Gallery, Gateshead, 2025, and New Graduate Award, Middlesbrough Art Week, Middlesbrough, 2024.
