Bloomberg New Contemporaries are delighted to announce the participants of its 2013 exhibition. 46 artists were selected from over 1500 submissions by artists Chantal Joffe, Ryan Gander, and Nathaniel Mellors.

Established in 1949, New Contemporaries is an important and highly regarded annual initiative that gives art students and recent graduates essential support and recognition at a crucial stage in their development through a high-profile exhibition.

Complementing the exhibition at each venue will be a series of talks, screenings and artists’ salons that bring together differing viewpoints to discuss contemporary modes of production and structures of professional artistic development.

The exhibition will be accompanied by a fully illustrated catalogue with texts by selectors Chantal Joffe, Ryan Gander, and Nathaniel Mellors.
