Spare some time, learn new skills and help deliver the UK Biennial of International Contemporary Art.

Position: Voluntary

Location: Liverpool
Duration: 11 Weeks

Bloomberg New Contemporaries are looking to recruit volunteers to invigilate the New Contemporaries 2012 exhibition. Duties as invigilators will include managing the information point desk, providing visitors with need to know information, overseeing the gallery space and security observations.

New Contemporaries are a leading UK organisation, supporting emergent art practices from British Art Schools. Since 1949 New Contemporaries has consistently provided a critical platform for new and recent fine art graduates primarily by means of an annual, nationally touring exhibition.

For the Liverpool Biennial 2012 this September, the show will be held within the exciting space of a disused post office located in Copperas Hill, Liverpool.

The show runs from 15th September – 25th November
Opening Hours are Monday – Sunday 10am-6pm

Hours Mon-Sun 10-6pm Half Day (4hrs) and Full Day (8hrs) Invigilating Shifts
Shifts will be organized on a flexible rota system so you can work as many or as few as you wish.

We will reimburse you for:
Lunch Expenses Covered (£5 per 4hr Shift)
Travel Expenses Covered (Up to £5)
