The funniest painting I have ever seen. Ridiculing patriarchal authority with a creepy kind of intimacy. The oil painting equivalent of being touched up by your uncle. It won't suck itself. Can I get a price on this Des?

Artist's Statement:
Working with layers of both visual and linguistic quotation, my work investigates ideas of inheritance and self-presentation - the crux between freedom and dictation, or the subjective and the imperative.
