Selectors' Comments:
The googly-eyed swastika is as much about the business of sticking taboo imagery into art to make it cool as it is a formal construction of materials, colour and shape. SpongeBob SquarePants' critique of formalism as fascism?

Artist's Statement:
My work is concerned with raising questions on both a formal and critical level although I have no ambition to direct the reader towards a fixed meaning.
